Commission Structure
Standard Transactions: Receive a 100% commission on closed transactions
Company Leads: When a Marview International Realty referral agent refers you to a customer, you’ll earn a 75% commission on closed transactions and the referral agent 25%.
If the leads are provided by MarView International Realty Brokerage the split is 70% for the agent and 30% for the brokerage
Membership & Technology Tools
Sign-Up Membership Fee:
$99.00 yearly fee to sign up as a referral agent.
No sign-up fee for active agents, with a technology fee that grants you access to our exclusive tools and benefits.
Monthly Membership: For just $45 per month, enjoy ongoing benefits, including:
Access Dotloop for electronic signatures and secure transaction storage.
A transaction fee of $495 per transaction.
There are no caps or quotas to meet. More closings mean more savings. 100% commission and E&O insurance included
Non-affiliated Real Estate Agents: If you prefer to become a non-affiliated real estate agent with the purchase of MyStateMLS, you will access comprehensive property research and listing syndication across more than 130 sites (including Zillow, Realtor, Home.com, and Trulia).
Brokerage Fee
A fixed brokerage fee of $250.00 will be charged to the agent at closing if the agent requires transaction coordinator services.
This fee is paid directly to Marview International Realty LLC and is not tied to the property’s selling price.
New Licensees & Experienced Associates
All associates must maintain an active real estate license.
New Licensees: For the first three transactions,
Commissions will be split 70% to the associate and 30% to the brokerage. (Please note that this split is separate from the membership fee arrangement.)
Team Plans
Qualified agents can become team leaders and earn split commissions when collaborating with newly licensed associates or other team members.
Agents wishing to join a team will be referred to designated team leaders.
All team members must sign a Team Agreement and adhere to FREC Team Rules and Guidelines.
The required documentation includes a signed Team Request Form (approved by the Broker or Director of Operations) and a Team Agreement signed by both parties.
